Tour Description
Depart for Abilene to start the morning off with a tour of the historic Eisenhower Center. Next, we’ll grab lunch together and then head to the Abilene Great Plains Theatre for a spectacular performance of Steel Magnolias! This touching story follows six women as they navigate life’s challenges with laughter, tears, and Southern charm. The women share their lives and loves, and confront grief, loss, and other tragedies. The play explores the strength of female friendships and the power of community. Stop for some sweet treats at Russell Stover Candies before heading home!
